Magic Eden Expands Support for New Blockchains
Magic Eden, a prominent non-fungible token (NFT) marketplace, has broadened its blockchain support by adding BeraChain and ApeChain to its list. This move brings the total number of blockchains supported by the platform to nine, with plans to increase to ten by the end of the year. Magic Eden is also gearing up to include support for the Monad layer-1 blockchain upon its upcoming testnet launch.
ApeChain’s Successful Mainnet Launch
ApeChain, developed by Yuga Labs and fueled by ApeCoin, recently launched its mainnet to positive reception. With over 360,000 transactions and 1,204 deployed contracts, ApeChain has made a significant impact in the blockchain space. Conversely, BeraChain boasts three main tokens in its ecosystem – BEX, BGT, and HONEY. In April, BeraChain secured $100 million in a Series B funding round, highlighting its potential for growth.
