Oklahoma pilot, Michael Immell, felt compelled to help those affected by Hurricane Helene in Western North Carolina. Despite being new to flying, Immell raised funds to cover the costs of flying his plane to the disaster-stricken area.

Although Immell only began flight training earlier this year, he quickly became involved in relief efforts. Over just two days, he completed three missions with Operation Airdrop, showcasing his dedication and passion for aviation.
